As more and more life science businesses shift their operations to the cloud, they must modify their ERP cloud systems to better accommodate their quick expansion. To maintain control in this constantly shifting environment, many of our clients require assistance. Here's where you can help.
A Change & Release Manager’s main goal is to ensure effective system changes by establishing and facilitating a process that maximizes the number of successfully implemented IT changes. Due to industry requirements for stable and high performing production in an increasingly dynamic environment, it is critical to be able to deliver frequently while carefully authorizing necessary changes.
Budget approvals, compliance and validation, risk and effect assessments, and change paperwork are all included in authorization. IT changes must be planned, tested, and distributed to operations in a stable, validated, and controlled way after a change permission. In this case, the release strategy needs to be synchronized with pertinent stakeholders and included into a single release plan that takes objectives, schedules, and resources into account.
The Change & Release Manager is in charge of overseeing the change and release lifecycle and reporting to several organizational levels, ranging from the CTO to different business units.
